Amita bowls Delhi to victory

LAHORE, April 4: Six wickets for 20 runs by pacer Amita Sharma helped Delhi Blues beat PCB Greens by a narrow margin of five runs at the GCU ground on Tuesday to build up 4-0 lead in five match women series. Amita's performance restricted PCB Greens to 163 all out in 49 overs while chasing a target of 169. Openers Taskeen Qadeer (44, four fours) and Urooj Mumtaz (38, five fours) gave the home team a firm start of 113. But after Urooj's departure, the entire team was bowled out after adding 50 runs, despite 49 extra runs.

Earlier, Nisha Ali hit 50 runs with six fours off 82 balls and Shilpa Gupta scored 40 not out with two fours to help Delhi Blues scored 168-8 in the allotted 50 overs.
