LAHORE: In compliance with the directions of Wildlife & Parks Punjab Director General Mudasir Riaz Malik, a crackdown on wildlife trafficking is going on in the Lahore region;

In this regard, an Indian grey wolf has been rescued near Robi Nala, Tina village.

A male wolf of approximately 2.5 years of age has been sent to the Bahawalpur Zoo.

The Punjab Wildlife Department promptly acted upon the presence of a wolf in the Tiba Pind area of Lahore and safely shifted the rare animal to a wildlife facility in the Bahawalpur Zoo.
