PESHAWAR, March 30: Brig Sakhi Marjan, chief executive of the Peshawar Electric Supply Company, has called upon the officials concerned to strive hard for the solution of the problems of consumers.

Presiding over a meeting on Thursday, Brig Marjan said that Peshawar Electric Supply Company was trying hard to facilitate its consumers and redress their problems promptly.

“For redressal of public complaints, Peshawar Electric Supply Company mobile services have been launched. Through this remarkable services have been provided and public confidence in Peshawar Electric Supply Company has been restored.”

He said that Peshawar Electric Supply Company mobile services were launched to deal with public complaints and grievances regarding over billing, wrong reading, duplicate bills, instalments, etc.

Brig Marjan said it was the primary duty of Peshawar Electric Supply Company to provide relief to its consumers at their doorstep.

He directed the staff of mobile services to ensure their presence at prominent places so that people could easily approach the mobile services for redressal of complaints.

He directed the staff to work efficiently.
