KARACHI: Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested a man for his alleged involvement in harassing a female polio worker.
The held suspect had physically harassed the polio worker in Metroville, SITE, on Saturday and an FIR was lodged at the SITE-A police station against him.
Meanwhile, DIG-West Irfan Ali Baloch has suspended Assistant Sub-Inspector Pervez for taking off his shirt in the presence of a woman complainant inside the Liaquatabad police station.
The action was taken after a video went viral on social media.
