PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Friday reshuffled the secretaries of different departments and the Malakand division commissioner.

Zulfikar Ali Shah (BS-21) of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), who was waiting for posting in the establishment department, was posted as secretary administration department.

He replaced Mohammad Israr (BS-20) of Provincial Civil Service, who was posted as secretary communication and works department against the vacant post.

Amjad Ali Khan (PAS BS-20), principal secretary to the chief minister, was transferred and posted as Malakand division commissioner, replacing Saqib Raza Aslam (PMS BS-20).

Mr Aslam has been directed to report to establishment department.

Similarly, secretary agriculture department Mohammad Javed Marwat (PCS BS-21) was posted as chairman provincial inspection team against the vacant post.

Mr Marwat was replaced by managing director Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation Attaur Rehman (PMS BS-20).
