Man killed in attack

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, March 24: A man was killed, while his brother was injured after a rival group ambushed them them over a land dispute at Looni in the Kulachi area on Friday.

Abdus Salam, who was injured in the incident, lodged a report with the police, stating he and his brother, Ikramullah, were attacked by their rivals, Hakeem and Attaullah. He said that Ikramullah was killed on the spot, while he sustained bullet injuries.

The police registered a case against the accused and started investigation.

HOUSE ROBBED: Four bandits forcibly entered the house of one Abdus Sattar and decamped with jewellery and Rs100,000 in cash in the jurisdiction of Parova police station here on Thursday.
