He added that temperature in Karachi was expected to go up after a day.

“There is slight circulation over the sea these days, influencing weather in Karachi. But, this would end in a day or two. The city is likely to experience the monsoon from July 4-5 onwards...prior to that the weather is expected to be hot and humid,” he said.

The maximum temperature recorded on Friday was 38.6 degrees Celsius with 65 per cent relative humidity.
