SARGODHA: Foolproof security arrangements were made in Sargodha to ensure the safety of Christian communities, including Mujahid Colony, during church prayers on Sunday. Police officers and personnel were put on high alert. The police were ordered to remain vigilant and perform their duties diligently. The security measures were taken in view of the protests by Tehreek-i-Labaik Pakistan, which demanded the release of innocent people and action against desecration of the Holy Quran. The protest rally started from Circuit House and ended at Noori Gate.
