Indian deaf team

KARACHI, March 17: Led by Vijayakumar, the Indian deaf cricket team will arrive here next week to play five One-Day matches against Pakistan deaf team with first match to be played at National Stadium on March 24.

Team: V. Vijayakumar (captain), Vishal Barara, Dheeraj Prasad, Kapil Kumar Gupta, Pawan Sharma, Vineet Kumar , Sumit Jain, Anup Chakraborty, Subhankar Mallick, Suvro Jyoti Sur, Rakesh Ray, Akash Singh, Dines Sharma, Rajesh Nair , S.R. Sagawekar, Abhishek Hayaran, R.Rakshal, T. Yadagiri, Syed Raza, Harsh Kumar.

Officials: Gour Mohan Goswami (manager); Ramesh Lalith (coach)

Itinerary:

March 20: Arrival at Karachi March 21: Warm-up match at Hyderabad March 24: First One-day at National Stadium, Karachi March 26: Second One-day at Multan Cricket Stadium March 28: Third One-day Match at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore March 31: Fourth One-day Match at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad April 4: Fifth One-day Match at Pindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi April 6: Depart for New Delhi.—PPI
