ISLAMABAD, March 16: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has approved a project to strengthen the physical infrastructure of the Pakistan Studies Centre, University of Peshawar. The project will be completed in a year.
The centre plans to engage in the study of languages, literature, traditions and customs of the regions of Pakistan. It will receive a much-needed boost as it has not received any developmental grant during the last 25 years. The revamping will include civil work on administrative and library blocks. —APP
