TOBA TEK SINGH: All refund claims of exporters must be made an integral part of the upcoming federal budget to give a quantum jump to exports by resolving liquidity problems, says Dr Sajjad Arshad, acting president of FCCI, in a statement on Friday.
The acting president expressed concern that textile exporters’ pending claims have soared to Rs210bn in addition to Rs40bn of current refund claims.
