HYDERABAD, Feb 3: The concluding session of the two-day national Seerat conference, organized by the faculty of Islamic Studies, University of Sindh, was held on Saturday.

It was of the considered opinion that the problems confronting the world today could be resolved by following the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

The conference recommended to disseminate the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to eliminate terrorism, poverty, hunger, tyranny, fear of war and exploitation of the under-privileged and to enforce human rights.

It resolved to organize more such conferences to propagate the message of Islam and to carry out in depth research in Seerat-i-Nabvi .

It also decided to publish the papers read at the conference in shape of a book with the cooperation of the Sindh University.

It was recommended that the work done on the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) by the faculties of Islamic Studies in universities should be introduced at the international level.
