Gunners drawn against Juve

PARIS, March 10: English side Arsenal were drawn on Friday to play Italian giants Juventus in quarterfinals of the European Champions League.

The draw means that Arsenal will come up against former Gunner Patrick Vieira, who left Highbury for Turin last summer.

Arsene Wenger’s side will play the first leg at home on March 28 or 29 with the return in Turin the following week.

Quarterfinals

Arsenal (ENG) v Juventus (ITA)

Lyon (FRA) v AC Milan (ITA)

Inter Milan (ITA) or Ajax (NED) v Villarreal (ESP)

Benfica (POR) v FC Barcelona (ESP)

First leg on March 28 and 29 and return leg on April 4 and 5

Semifinals

Arsenal (ENG)/Juventus (ITA) v Inter Milan (ITA) or Ajax (NED)/Villarreal (ESP); Lyon (FRA)/AC Milan (ITA) v Benfica (POR)/FC Barcelona (ESP); First leg on April 18 and 19 and return leg on April 25 and 26

The final will take place on May 17 at Stade de France.—Agencies
