PML-N leader Ataullah Tarar has said that the government will form a small cabinet of competent people.

Speaking on Geo News programme Naya Pakistan, he said this way a “good message will be sent to the people”.

“A small cabinet has to be formed,” Tarar added. “The PM’s vision is to allot ministries to those who work hard and can take the country out of crisis.”

Terming the incumbent coalition government alliance as “exemplary”, Tarar said the Federation has become strong due to PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari being elected as the next president.

“We had a good meeting with him earlier,” Tarar said. “They thought it was better for them to take constitutional positions. This doesn’t mean that they won’t be included in policy formation.”
