In his maiden speech as Balochistan chief minister, Sarfraz Bugti promised to reach the “streets of Gwadar” first thing tomorrow to take part in its de-watering.
Speaking at the provincial assembly, Bugti said Balochistan continued to suffer from the threat of climate change despite “having a negligible role” in incurring it, adding that he would work in “Gwadar and Kharan where urban flooding has taken place”.
