The counting of votes is under way after Balochistan Assembly members cast their votes for the provincial chief minister.

Four nomination papers were filed by Sarfraz Bugti, the PPP’s nominee for the chief minister role.

MPAs of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) did not attend the session today and boycotted the election for the CM.
