DADU: Jamshoro district administration has declared Thursday Feb 29 as local holiday across the district on the occasion of the first day of three-day urs celebrations of Hazrat Qalandar Lal Shahbaz.
A notification issued by the deputy commissioner’s office the other day said that all educational institutions in the district including Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Sindh University and Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences would remain closed on the first day of the urs on Thursday.
