Peshawar High Court has approved the bail plea of PTI leader Mian Aslam Iqbal, who is also the party’s nominee for the position of Punjab chief minister, in 18 different cases.

Iqbal had filed a petition in PHC seeking relief. During the hearing, the PTI leader’s lawyer said there were 18 different cases registered against his client and demanded that he be provided with the right to a fair trial.

The court approved the request of Aslam’s lawyer and instructed him to collect the required documents.
