KARACHI, Feb 28: Government Boys Secondary School (GBSS) Bihar Colony accumulated 28 points to win the two-day government school’s athletic meet which concluded at the National Sports Training and Coaching Centre on Tuesday.

GBSS Azizabad finished runners up with a tally of 16 points.

The girls’ trophy was annexed by GGSS Dastagir who secured 14 points. GGSS Millat Korangi and GGSS Gulshan Iqbal block 6, finished joint second with 13 points apiece.

The fastest boy and girl athlete award went to Hasan Danish of Muslim Popular School and Razia Khan of GGSS Gulshan Iqbal.

Held after a long time, the meet witnessed an overwhelming response from government educational institutions of the city.
