More than 1.3 million people in Gaza are “living in the open” as winter brings storms and flooding, Action Aid’s Riham Jafari told Al Jazeera.
“People are flooded inside their tents in Rafah and in other parts of Gaza after the huge displacement … from the north and the middle areas of Gaza,” Jafari said.
