KARACHI, Feb 27: The International Talent Management Forum concluded on Monday at a local hotel. Zafar Aziz Osmani, Group Executive Habib Bank, in his address said that talent was the capability to excel in any field and that it was generally attributed to specialized high quality organizations.

He was of the view that the talent management was a continuous process, as talent was emerging as a key success factor for achieving competitive advantage. He further said that we had a great potential of harnessing the available talent and leverage potential for significance improvement in quality, productivity and value addition to the advantage of organization.—APP
