Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, says Israel will one day cease to exist but its actions against Palestinians will be remembered, Al Jazeera reports.

“These crimes will remain in history. Even after the Zionist regime is fallen and destroyed and removed from the face of the Earth with God’s help, these crimes will not be forgotten,” he told a gathering in the city of Qom.

“On that day, they will write in history books that there were a people who came to rule in this region and committed so many crimes and killed thousands of children and women within weeks.”
