Qasim for US

LAHORE, Feb 22: Olympian goalkeeper Mohammad Qasim will again go to USA for treatment of cancer. The Punjab chief minister Chaudhary Pervez Elahi has announced an amount of Rs One million for Qasim’s treatment. Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) also announced Rs 500,000 before the start of the fourth game of six-match series between Pakistan and India at the National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the sponsors of the series announced a fund raising campaign for Qasim, who had been treated in USA last year but still facing the problem.
