Israel’s air force continues to attack locations in southern Lebanon in what it says are operations against Hezbollah infrastructure, while fighters with the armed group continue to target northern Israel with missiles, Al Jazeera reports.
Despite bellicose rhetoric, Israel says it wants a diplomatic solution to restore calm to what is now a second front in which Israeli forces are fighting.
Hezbollah says it will not back down.
