Al Jazeera correspondent Hani Mahmoud has said that the Kuwaiti hospital in Rafah is not big enough to handle the large number of injuries.
“More ambulances and paramedics are coming back from the site of the attack with more injured people. The problem with this hospital is that it’s of a small size, and will not be able to take this large number of injuries,” he said.
“It’s mainly for basic medical intervention procedures, and eventually the injured will have to be transferred from here to other hospitals,” he added.
