Death toll rises to 13 in Israeli strike on Jabalia refugee camp

The casualty toll has risen to at least 13 people killed, with 75 others wounded, according to the Health Ministry in Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

Spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra said many of the people injured were in critical condition.
