Death toll in Israeli strike on Rafah rises to 29

Earlier, Al Jazeera and other news agencies reported that at least 20 people were killed in overnight Israeli attacks on residential buildings in Rafah city.

The new death toll is now 29, including a baby, according to Al Jazeera’s Hani Mahmoud.
