President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mirjana Spoljaric says “hostages must be released — immediately”.
In a post on her X account, she said she is meeting families of hostages and the ICRC should be “granted permission, with practical details agreed between the parties, for visits to take place”.
