‘No assistance will stop this war’, says UN official on Gaza offensive

Gemm Connell, a UN official who visited an overcrowded hospital in Gaza’s Deir Al Balah, has said that although the UN will “keep working every single day”, “no assistance will stop this war”.

Connell called for an end to Israel’s offensive in Gaza as she described the “carnage of war” as wounded and sick patients filled the hospital.
