The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza has said the health situation in the northern part is “totally disastrous” as the main hospitals are out of service due to the war, Al Jazeera reports.

Dr Saleh El-Hams, the nursing director at European Gaza Hospital in Khan Younis told Al Jazeera that the medical facility does not have a “single vacant bed”.

“We lack everything. We have over-exhaustion and fatigue of our staff members. They are working continuously for [past] two months,” he added.
