US top diplomat departs from Israel following renewed bombing of Gaza

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken departed from Israel after it renewed its bombing of the Gaza Strip, Anadolu agency reports.

“US Secretary of State Blinken ended his visit to Israel and left minutes after the fighting resumed in Gaza,” the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation reported.

Blinken is heading for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), it added.
