Jamaat-i-Islami chief Sirajul Haq has called out Pakistani leaders for their alleged “silence” and “cowardice” concerning the Gaza situation.

While addressing a rally in Islamabad in support of Gaza, he questioned, “Are our leaders not able to see the sufferings of children?”

Haq mentioned reports stating that the president had allegedly suggested acknowledging Israel, while the prime minister proposed a two-state solution, stating, “with one part of the land to be given to Israel and the other to Palestine.”

“I want to ask the president and the prime minister, who granted them the right to divide the land of others? Who gave you the mandate to make this proposal without the wishes of Palestinians?” he questioned.
