KARACHI: OSP moot from today

KARACHI, Feb. 17: The Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan, Karachi Chapter, will hold its two-day annual conference, KAROPHTH 2006, from Saturday. The Conference with the theme “Glaucoma” is being attended by ophthalmologists from Japan, Singapore, Iran and from all parts of the country.

Dr Misbahul Aziz, General Secretary, Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan, Karachi in a press statement here said 59 scientific papers will be presented on different aspects of Ophthalmology. There will be six scientific sessions as well as two pre- congress workshops to be held at the Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre (JPMC) and Civil Hospital - Karachi.—APP
