People are still trying to dig out whoever they can save from under the rubble in the Jabalia refugee camp after Israeli air strikes hit several residential buildings, Al Jazeera reports.

Using their bare hands and very primitive tools, people are trying whatever they can to help before they completely lose any hope of finding survivors.

Jabalia is one of the most densely populated refugee camps. It has sustained numerous attacks these past days as the war continues in the Gaza Strip.

Many were killed and dozens injured in this morning’s attack, and hundreds are still lost, as witnesses and local sources told the news outlet.
