The United Nations’ Office for the Coordination of Human Affairs has said that four UN Relief and Works Agency shelters hosting nearly 20,000 internally displaced persons were hit on Nov 2, killing at least 23 people and injuring dozens.
It further said that 1.5 million people in Gaza have been internally displaced as of Nov 2, with over 690,400 sheltering in 149 facilities of its relief and works agency.
