There is already a humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza: Kremlin

Any Israeli ground offensive in Gaza will just worsen an already catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territory, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, according to Reuters.

It also said that efforts to agree on what it called a balanced UN resolution on the situation in Gaza should continue.
