President Dr Arif Alvi appeared visibly distraught and shaken by imagery from the current Gaza crisis showing a child identifying the bodies of his parents.

In an interview with Geo News show Capital Talk, the president said violence against children was intolerable. Alvi said the world was heading towards a great crisis and called out the “hubris of those with power” amid the situation.
