Negotiations over a possible release of a group of 50 captives have stumbled over Hamas’s demand that Israel allow fuel deliveries into Gaza, according to officials familiar with the talks, the Wall Street Journal reports.
The report comes after the group freed two elderly women last night on humanitarian grounds after Egyptian- and Qatar-mediated efforts.
