Open courts to be held in Kasur

KASUR, Feb 11: Open courts will be held here on the advice of Punjab Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi. Provincial minister Hasan Akhtar Mokal, Parliamentary secretary Malik Ahmed Khan and Malik Ahmed Saeed will hear complaints against different departments and issue orders on the spot.

Sources said the first open court would be held at the Rest House building on Monday (tomorrow).

STRANGLED: A man strangled his wife on suspicion on Saturday at Babliyans village in the limits of Raiwind Sadar police station.

Police sources said that Ismail surrendered to law enforcers after strangling his wife Safia alias Soban.

A case has been instituted against the accused.
