Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a phone call with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, shared “deep concern at the terrorism, violence and deteriorating security situation in the region”.
In a post on X, he said India would continue to send humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people. Modi also reiterated India’s “long-standing principled position” on the Israel-Palestine issue.
