TOBA TEK SINGH: During torrential rain, under-construction building ‘Regra Heights’ collapsed in Faisalabad’s People’s Colony area near the D-Ground market on Friday, resulting in the loss of one life.

Three members of a family residing in an adjacent house to the building became trapped beneath the debris.

Rescue 1122 said during the operation, three members of the family were found trapped under the debris.

Family head Haji Naveed Ahmad, 60, died, while his daughter, Ayesha Bibi, 25, and his son Muhammad Ahsan, aged 27, sustained injuries and were admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital.
