Water projects

PESHAWAR, Feb 5: Minister of State for Water and Power Amir Muqam said on Saturday construction of mega water projects was a prerequisite for the prosperity of the country.

He was talking to a delegation of the NWFP assembly here at the Wapda House, said a press release.

Mr Muqam said that for the first time, the government had taken initiative to build mega reservoirs to resolve energy crises.

He said the PML believed in serving the nation. The team informed him about the problems of their constituencies. The minister promised to resolve all problems.
