ISLAMABAD, Feb 4: President Gen Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz have expressed shock and grief over the loss of lives in the Egyptian ferry accident. In their messages to Egyptian President Mohamed Hosny Mubarak and Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Nazif, they expressed their condolences.

“It is with a profound feeling of shock and grief that we heard about the tragic accident,” President Musharraf said in the message to his Egyptian counterpart. He conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families.

In his message to his Egyptian counterpart, Prime Minister Aziz said he was deeply shocked and grieved to learn about the tragic loss of many lives in the accident in the Red Sea.—APP
