SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: Police recovered three bodies from Sholam, a mountain stream in Upper South Waziristan, on Saturday.

According to Tyarza police, the unidentified bodies were shifted to hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Sources said that all three persons were non-locals. They had visible wound marks and were handcuffed, indicating that they were shot dead.

Locals further said that the bodies couldn’t be identified since they were not from the area. The community performed the last rites in the Khaisoor area of Tehsil Tyarza and subsequently laid them to rest in the Shishankai graveyard.
