LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday sought claims from the affectees of Lahore Garden Housing Scheme scam.

According to the NAB, the affectees should attach CNIC, documents of purchased plot(s) and cash transactions (against the property) details with their application to be submitted in the name of the NAB Lahore director general.

Lahore Garden Housing Scheme located at Sharqpur Road, Faizpur Interchange, is accused of defrauding people.

In its recent open court proceedings, mostly the affactees of the housing societies lodged complaints with the NAB demanding recovery of their looted money.

The affectees of Khayaban-i-Amin Housing Society, Lahore Motorway City, Formanites Housing Society and Abuzar Housing Society had informed the NAB in an open court that they had made full payment against their plots/houses but they were not being provided possession by these housing societies.
