LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday claimed to have arrested four alleged human smugglers in Gujranwala.

According to the FIA, four suspects -- Zain, Hamza, Fahad and Faizan -- were involved in preparing fake passports and visa stickers of different countries.

The suspects would charge hefty amounts from their “clients” for providing them doctored passports and visas of different European countries and the US.

After receiving information about the scammers, an FIA team raided their place in Gujranwala city and arrested the suspects, registering a case against them.

Meanwhile, FIA cybercrime wing arrested two suspects for blackmailing and harassing a woman in Multan.

According to the FIA, the suspects had uploaded objectionable pictures and a video of the complainant on social media. Both suspects have been booked under the PECA Act.
