LAHORE, Jan 24: Four goals each by Asif Tiwana and Ahmed Ali Tiwana guided Soneri Bank to a 11 1/2-2 win over Diamond Paints in the Telecom Polo Cup on Tuesday.
After a goalless first chukker, the winners, having a half goal handicap, led the second chukker 4 1/2-0 with Asif and Saqib Khan Khakwani scoring twice.
The bankers scored thrice while conceding one in the third chukker. Ahmed, Saqib and Asif banged home a goal each. Arsalan Najeeb scored for the losers.
The winners added four more goals in the fourth chukker. Arsalan replied for the losers.
For the winners Ahmed struck three goals in a row while Asif scored one to complete the scoring.
