Lawyer Abuzar Salman Niazi says he has been engaged by PTI Chairman Imran Khan to initiate defamation and other legal proceedings against Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel for levelling “false, baseless, and unfounded allegations”.

On Friday, Patel claimed that Imran’s medical reports of tests, supposedly conducted during his custody earlier this month, said that no fracture was found on the ex-premier’s legs, while traces of alcohol and an illegal drug were found in his urine sample, and that his mental stability was questionable.
