Lawyer Imaan Zainab Mazari-Hazir, the daughter of PTI’s Shireen Mazari, has petitioned the Lahore High Court a day after her mother was arrested again, this time by the Punjab Police, despite the Islamabad High Court’s orders giving her legal protection until today.
In the petition, Mazari-Hazir requested the court to declare that the impugned actions are illegal, unconstitutional and in violation of fundamental rights.
