KARACHI, Jan 21: Jahangir Taj’s equalizer on a penalty kick helped Baloch Mohammadan Lyari hold Azam Nagar 1-1 in the KASB Premier League soccer on Friday.

Azam Nagar went 1-0 up with a Mohammad Kamran strike in the 38th minute before Jahangir cancelled out his effort in the 57th minute.

Mohammad Omar found the target twice in Baloch Mohammadan Malir’s 3-1 victory over Al-Shahbaz Korangi in a match which saw red card to both sides.

Al-Shahbaz Korangi took a fine start with a Mohammad Hameed goal in the fourth minute which was equalized by Khalid Rahman in the 32nd minute.

Omar grabbed the lead when he came into action in the 53rd minute.

Both sides were reduced to ten players when Gul Hassan of Baloch Mohammadan Malir and Ismail Ansari of Al-Shahbaz were red carded in the 60th minute.

Omar sealed the fate of the match with his double in the 70th minute.
